Key Responsibilities

    Create Statements of Work, project plans, requirements definitions, and high-level designs for projects delivered by your team;
  • 2
    Support the evaluation cycle of your team members and contribute to their professional growth;
  • 3
    Engage with customers and maintain a strong, trusted partnership throughout the delivery lifecycle;

    Coach engineers in their daily activities and support them in overcoming technical and project-related challenges;
  • 5
    Perform technical account management duties for specific top-tier, strategic clients;
  • 6
    Support pre-sales and scoping activities by helping shape customer requirements into concrete security solutions;

    Ensure the quality and consistency of Microsoft security services delivered by your team;
  • 8
    Drive standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team;
  • 9
    Contribute to the development and positioning of strategic Microsoft security products and services;
  • 10
    Align service offerings with market trends, customer needs, and the broader cyber security landscape;
  • 11
    Collaborate with other service lines to develop integrated offerings and strengthen cross-functional value propositions;
  • 12
    Assure you are continuously up to speed with the latest trends and technologies in the Microsoft security ecosystem.

Requirements

  • You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field;
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with strong exposure to Microsoft security technologies and a clear affinity for structuring and coordinating security engineering activities or project delivery;
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills;
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices;
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies such as Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Purview, and Azure security services;
  • Experience translating customer requirements into technical architectures and implementation roadmaps;
  • Affinity with service development, strategic thinking, and the evolution of customer-oriented offerings;
  • Ability to identify market trends and translate them into relevant service opportunities;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German;
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks while maintaining strict attention to detail;
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Being able to work independently and keep track of your priorities;
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills that enable effective collaboration across the entire company;
  • Positive, team- and mission-oriented attitude;
  • Ability to prepare and present your work clearly to colleagues, customers, and stakeholders;
  • Strong coaching mindset and the ability to support the growth of both junior and senior engineers;

Base salary range (depending on experience and skillset): 120.000 EUR p.a. – 145.000 EUR p.a.;
