You will be responsible for providing on-site technical user support and ensuring smooth IT operations through a professional walk-in center as well as traditional on-site support.     You will be responsible for providing on-site technical user support and ensuring smooth IT operations through a professional walk-in center as well as traditional on-site support.

Requirements

  • Experience as an on-site technician or in hardware and software support
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows client environments (on-premises)
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure topics (e.g., networks, cabling, patching)
  • Strong service orientation, ability to work in a team, and a proactive approach
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1); German skills are a plus
  • Willingness to work shifts and be on call
  • Valid work permit/visa for Germany
  • ITIL certification is a plus
