Key Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Director, People Business Partners and Employee Relations, you will support our employees, senior managers and Principal People Business Partners with our people programs and experiences at Twitch.
  • 2
    Success in this role comes from maintaining organized routines, demonstrating strong follow-through, and building effective partnerships with both the People team, managers and employees.

    You Will: Establish relationships with leaders up to the senior manager level, acting as a liaison between the People Team and the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (e.g., creating documents in Word/Google Docs, using basic spreadsheet functions in Excel/Google Sheets, managing calendars)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (e.g., explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing technical guidance)
  • Degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • HRCI (PHR, SPHR) or SHRM certifications
  • Experience in customer service or people-facing roles, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., ability to use pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas)
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, HR analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to derive insights and drive process improvements
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience building partnerships and collaborating effectively across teams, demonstrating adaptability and autonomy
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and navigate ambiguous situations with limited direction
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
