Key Responsibilities
- 1Responsible for corporate governance topics (rules of procedure, signature regulations, powers of attorney, approval frameworks)
- 2As Principal Corporate Law & Corporate Financing (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the legal implementation and further development of our group-wide corporate governance and coordinate the legal aspects of Flix's corporate financing activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in corporate and financing law, ideally in an international corporate and/or law firm environment
- Business fluent in German and English
