About This Role

The Principal Solutions Consultant will be a key strategic leader and the technical face of PagerDuty across the APAC region, partnering with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering to redefine how they manage digital operations, resilience, and automation. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, requiring a deep-seated passion for the future of digital operations. The Principal Solutions Consultant will act as a bridge between customers' long-term strategic needs and PagerDuty's product roadmap, evangelizing the PagerDuty Operations Cloud and mentoring high-performing technical sales teams.
