Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work from established playbooks to manage a steady volume of incoming privacy requests, support the team's investigation workflows, and serve as an escalation point for the BPO contractors who handle initial queue triage.

You'll report to our Senior Manager, Privacy and work closely with a privacy contractor and the DPO on the team's day-to-day operations.

Requirements

1.5+ years of experience in trust and safety, legal response, privacy operations, or a similar high-volume case-handling role.
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection frameworks at a conceptual level.
