About the role We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead AI-powered experiences across our core app. In this role, you’ll shape the next-generation AI consumer experience that helps millions of Chime members understand their money, make smarter decisions, and ultimately, achieve financial progress. This is a 0->1 product management role.     In this role, you’ll shape the next-generation AI consumer experience that helps millions of Chime members understand their money, make smarter decisions, and ultimately, achieve financial progress.

    You’ll be responsible for defining what great looks like: balancing innovation with trust, ensuring transparency in how AI behaves, and building experiences that members can rely on.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing product experiences within mobile or web apps, taking ideas from 0→1
  • Hands-on experience working with AI/ML-powered products or features (e.g., personalization, recommendations, automation)
  • Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
  • Track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across stakeholders
  • Experience using experimentation, analytics, and user insights to inform decisions
