About the role We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead AI-powered experiences across our core app. In this role, you’ll shape the next-generation AI consumer experience that helps millions of Chime members understand their money, make smarter decisions, and ultimately, achieve financial progress. You’ll be responsible for defining what great looks like: balancing innovation with trust, ensuring transparency in how AI behaves, and building experiences that members can rely on.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing product experiences within mobile or web apps, taking ideas from 0→1
Hands-on experience working with AI/ML-powered products or features (e.g., personalization, recommendations, automation)
Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
Track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams
Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across stakeholders
Experience using experimentation, analytics, and user insights to inform decisions
