Key Responsibilities

Lead the product vision, strategy, and platform roadmap that supports the merchandising needs of key business verticals (e.g. Homes, Services, Experiences, International) and new bets (e.g. Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships)

Build and scale a flexible, configurable platform for rapid testing and deployment of merchandising formats and offers/incentives.

Incorporate the latest AI technologies to automate targeting, creative asset generation, and campaign management.

Define and measure campaign performance, revenue lift, and guest engagement.

Partner with creative and operations teams to manage campaign calendars, assets, and global coordination.

Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, ideally in building platforms and campaign based marketing technology or ads /promotions systems.
Familiarity with AI automation in campaign management.
Track record of driving incremental revenue and scaling global programs.
Entrepreneurial experience of taking an idea to reality.
Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
Desire to do individual contributor product management work.
