Requirements

• You have already gained extensive practical experience as a Product Owner (gn) in a digital environment
• A completed degree with a technical or business focus (e.g. business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, or similar fields) provides the foundation for this role
• A Master’s degree or comparable advanced qualification is an advantage
• You have an understanding of digital architectures, APIs, and web technologies to assess feasibility
• You don’t wait for instructions - you take initiative, seek solutions, think entrepreneurially, and bring a strong bias for action
• A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital products and processes - while critically evaluating and clearly communicating them—set you apart
• Your precise way of working and strong attention to quality and detail ensure a focus on both quality and deadlines
• Facilitation comes naturally to you: you can mediate between people and understand both technical and business perspectives
• You have professional-level German and fluent English skills
