Key Responsibilities

  • 1
    Get involved early in the product cycle: analyzing requirements, challenging specifications with PMs and designers, and identifying quality risks before a single line of code is written
  • 2
    Design, write and maintain test cases to validate new features across Android and iOS mobile applications
  • 3
    Develop and maintain automated test suites, contributing to a team actively transitioning toward automation and AI-assisted testing workflows
  • 4
    Lead regression testing as part of the release cycle, signing off on beta and production go-live decisions
  • 5
    Collaborate proactively with developers, product managers and designers to raise the quality bar across the full feature lifecycle
  • 6
    Explore and integrate AI tools into your daily QA workflow to improve efficiency and test coverage

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance. If you have significantly more than that, this role is probably not the right step for you
  • Hands-on experience testing Android and/or iOS applications
  • Proven ability to write, organize and maintain structured test cases
  • Familiarity with Jira and Atlassian tools for bug tracking and project management
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment
  • Any automation experience is a plus
  • Any AI course or AI tool usage in a QA context is a strong signal
  • Clear communicator in English : written and spoken
  • Knowledge of German, French, Spanish or Polish is a plus
