- 1Duties: ·Check-in/out ·Responsible for shift management ·Customer service ·Reservations management ·Availability to work rotating shifts.
Requirements
- Customer service.

- Effective verbal and nonverbal communication.
- Managing agendas and reservations.
- Multitasking.
- Document organization.
- Conflict management.
- Quick decision-making.
- Punctuality.
- Impeccable personal appearance.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist in a similar hotel category.
- Advanced English and German are essential.
- Other languages are highly valued.
- Experience with the Tesipro / Ulyses Cloud system is a plus.
