Key Responsibilities
- 1As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for all aspects of applicant management and international recruiting
- 2You will be in constant communication with the relevant department and group managers, as well as the CEO
- 3You will also provide support in day-to-day operations (HR administration) and handle employee inquiries
- 4You will enjoy developing targeted recruiting strategies for our social media channels
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and application processes, preferably including employer branding
- You have strong MS Office skills
- Ideally, you are familiar with Personio (HR software)
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
