Their technology helps lead generation companies, affiliate networks, and call center operations dramatically improve contact rates and conversion — the metrics that actually move the needle for their buyers. They're a lean, globally distributed team of 10 operating out of Spain and Dubai, moving fast and building for scale.
This is a company in an exciting early phase — the product works, customers are seeing results, and now it's time to build the pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- 1Build and own the full sales pipeline — prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close
- 2Farm every account you close: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
- 3Set up the sales tech stack — CRM, outreach sequences, playbooks — aligned with the CEO
- 4Refine the ICP and pitch based on what's winning in the market
- 5Maintain transparent pipeline and revenue forecasting for the leadership team
- 6Feed customer insight back into the product roadmap through a structured feedback loop
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to performance marketing agencies, lead gen companies, affiliate networks, or call centers
- Proven track record as a hunter — opening doors, building pipeline, and closing deals
- Comfortable with 2-month sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals in the $5k–$30k MRR range
- Genuine willingness to farm and grow accounts — not just close and move on
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics: CPL, EPC, ROAS, and how buyers in this space measure ROI
- Experience setting up or improving sales infrastructure — CRM, sequences, or playbooks
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage environment
- Active user of AI tools to accelerate prospecting, research, and outreach
- Sharp, direct communicator — in writing and on calls
- Fluent English; collaborative team player who works closely with leadership
