Key Responsibilities

    You will create a structured, professional sales strategy that aligns with the company’s values and mission, transitioning from a founder-driven approach to a scalable, team-oriented model.

    You will execute sales strategies, including identifying target clients, creating sales pipelines, and closing deals.

    You will build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop a deep understanding of their business needs, processes, and pain points.

    You will create regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

    You will negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company.

    You are fluent in English, along with German, Spanish, or another additional language

    You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

    You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally, SaaS), with a proven track record of success in selling complex and high-value software solutions to clients.

    You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our software solution to C-level executives.

    You possess strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts.

Requirements
