Key Responsibilities

  Strategy Ownership: Own and evolve Affirm’s global mobility strategy across immigration, remote work, and global assignments

  Vendor Management: Lead vendor strategy and optimize partnerships with immigration counsel and mobility providers

  Employee Experience & Communication: Translate complex requirements into clear, employee-friendly policies and guidance

  Change Management & Enablement: Drive adoption of mobility frameworks through stakeholder education and enablement

  Data & Insights: Establish and maintain reporting and analytics to track program effectiveness and inform decisions (e.g., timelines, SLAs, KPIs, compliance outcomes, employee experience)

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration, with deep expertise in U.S. immigration
• This role requires strong judgment, structured problem solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
