About This Role

Join the Health Care Complaints Commission as a Senior People & Culture Advisor to contribute to quality health service delivery in NSW.

Develop and implement people and culture strategies to support the Commission's goals and objectives.

Provide expert advice on HR matters, including employment law, workplace relations, and employee engagement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that promote a culture of integrity and respect.

Conduct research and analysis to inform people and culture initiatives and policies.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a government agency or regulatory body.
Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace relations, and employee engagement principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
