Key Responsibilities
- 1Define and deliver a compelling product vision and roadmap for Anti-Discrimination and Equity products.
- 2Lead a cross-functional group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, policy leaders, and product partners to drive alignment, execution, and measurable impact.
- 3Manage the product backlog and prioritization process, balancing business value, risk reduction, and user experience.
- 4Establish clear goals, metrics, and success criteria in partnership with Anti-Discrimination and Equity and cross-functional leadership.
- 5Communicate strategy, progress, and insights effectively to stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.
- 6Leverage data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to continuously improve scaled platform products and decision systems.
- 7Collaborate closely with teams across Tech, Global Operations, Policy, Product, Legal, Reputation, and Shared Services to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and streamline execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, anti-discrimination & equity, trust & safety, or risk domains.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a strong bias toward data-informed decision-making.
- Experience driving hypothesis-based product development and iterative learning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Proven success influencing without authority and driving alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
- Passion for and experience in developing technologies and products that are inclusive in nature
- Background or experience working in anti-discrimination, equity, or inclusion is a plus
