Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering leaders and hiring teams to run thoughtful, high-quality searches and deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through close.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles
Ability to own searches end-to-end including sourcing, screening, and closing
Strong understanding of technical terminology, languages, and engineering stacks
Experience sourcing and engaging technical talent through multiple channels
Strong communication and candidate management skills
Curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies, including experience experimenting with AI recruiting tools
