Key Responsibilities

  You’ll manage and grow a team of engineers, partner closely with Product, Compliance/Legal, and Analytics, and drive delivery through clear technical decision-making and operational discipline.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic loans lifecycle and credit reporting is a plus.
• This role requires exceptional technical rigor: you’ll be able to dive deep into pipeline architecture, data quality and its sources, failure modes, and performance bottlenecks, and use that depth to uplevel engineering excellence through strong design reviews, pragmatic standards, and mentorship.
• Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
