Requirements

Degree in civil engineering, water engineering, hydraulic engineering, or a related field
Practical knowledge or strong interest in dam engineering, water harvesting structures, irrigation systems, CAD
Strong interest in water infrastructure and hydraulic systems
Willingness to work internationally, including extended stays in Somaliland
Ability to work independently in unfamiliar and remote environments
Fluent in English
German language skills are an advantage
Previous field, construction site, humanitarian, development cooperation, or international experience in remote environments is considered a strong advantage – but not a precondition.
