Das bewegen Sie bei uns: Als WEG-Verwalter verantworten Sie eigenständig einen festen Immobilienstand und fungieren als erster Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer und externe Dienstleister. Zudem planen, leiten und dokumentieren Sie Wohnungseigentümerversammlungen und setzen anschließend Beschlüsse um. Sie bereiten die Rechnungszahlungen vor und bearbeiten diese sowie weitere Ihnen zugewiesene Aufgaben in unserem CRM-System Domus/Navi.
