Key Responsibilities
- 1Customer Support & Success: Manage support tickets and coordinate regular check-ins with our client accounts.
- 2Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new customers, helping them set up and integrate our platform (project management).
- 3Platform Configuration: Assist in configuring client-specific settings and workflows within our compliance automation platform.
- 4Authority Communication: Communicate with social security and labor law authorities regarding international work and travel compliance.
- 5Process Improvement: Identify and help implement improvements to internal operational processes and documentation.
Requirements
- You are currently studying (Bachelor or Master) and available part-time (e.g. 15–20 hours per week).
- You have excellent communication skills in English ; German proficiency is a plus
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple operational tasks.
- You are able to work from our Berlin office at least 2 days per week
- You enjoy working independently, but also value collaboration in a small and international team.
- You’re curious about topics like global mobility, HR operations, compliance, and digital process automation.
