Key Responsibilities
- 1Manage a book of business with our top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account
- 2Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change
- 3Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption
- 4Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams
- 5Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs
- 6Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and time zones
