About This Role

The AI Prompt & Workflow Designer is responsible for designing, constructing, optimizing, and maintaining Asana's Support & Services AI workflows, chatbots, and internal copilots. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, Support & Services leadership, and the enterprise technology stack. The goal is to unlock Services & Support team productivity, build seamless internal copilot experiences, and drive world-class self-service outcomes for global customers. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule. The AI Prompt & Workflow Designer will partner with various teams to capture business requirements and architect them into effective AI workflow blueprints.
