About This Role

The Analyst, Identity & KYC will support the development and refinement of risk strategies across KYC, identity verification, and onboarding controls. This role will contribute to decisioning frameworks, policies, and thresholds to manage financial crimes and identity risk. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional partners to improve identity verification, risk decisioning, and overall member experience. The goal is to strengthen how Chime detects and prevents fraud across the customer lifecycle. The Analyst will also analyze trends, emerging typologies, and control performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
