About This Role

Lyft is seeking an experienced Corporate attorney to join its expanding Legal team, providing business-focused legal advice on corporate, transactional, and securities matters. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of corporate initiatives, including complex M&A and integrations. The role requires a strong foundation in corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on M&A and strategic transactions.
