About This Role

The Compliance Communications Senior Specialist will review, advise, and provide approval for retail communications to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal guidelines. This role will partner with Marketing, Social, and Product teams to ensure customer-facing content meets firm policy and regulatory requirements. The specialist will guide internal partners through complex projects and ensure communications remain compliant in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Lake Mary, FL, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements and establishing program efficiencies to increase quality and scalability.
