L’opportunité Nous recrutons une ou un développeur backend sénior pour joindre notre équipe Engine AI. Il s’agit d’une petite équipe à fort impact qui conçoit les outils IA internes et l’infrastructure qui permet aux développeurs de notre équipe Engine d’être plus rapides et plus efficaces chaque jour. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de concevoir, développer et maintenir l’infrastructure dorsale (backend) qui alimente nos solutions d’IA internes, et vous mettrez un accent particulier sur la performance, la fiabilité et l’évolutivité des systèmes d’inférence. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance, and production-grade backend services and distributed systems to support large-scale model inference.

Contribute significantly to the technical roadmap and design of our inference platform, focusing on low-latency, high-throughput services.

Architect and implement core services for the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and other AI orchestration frameworks, enabling reliable state management and complex multi-agent workflows.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems in production using monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Partner cross-functionally with release management, release QA, product, and engineering teams to align our solutions with strategic business needs.

Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure (GCP) and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes.

Promote and implement best practices for backend service development, testing, deployment, and monitoring (DevOps, SRE).

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at scale, including managing cloud infrastructure on GCP and orchestrating workloads with Kubernetes.
Expertise in Python / Node.js / Golang for building high-performance, low-latency systems and infrastructure.
Familiarity with Agent Development Kit (ADK), Claude SDK, LangGraph or other AI agents orchestration frameworks.
Familiarity with microservice architectures, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
