About This Role

The Director Business Controls will support SoFi's Global Operations business function, facilitating and driving consistent implementation of core risk management programs. This leader will act as a direct advisor to senior leaders, promoting risk-awareness and the overall effectiveness of risk and compliance management program implementation.
