Requirements

Clean seams, no overlap: you are never pulled into managing the relationship, and the CSM is never pulled into data prep.
Fluent in German and English.
You need fully defined specs and freeze on messy, undocumented data.
You are the technical half of a two-person team: the Customer Success Manager owns the relationship and the business case; you own the system and the speed.
Top equipment (MacBook and whatever you need), WELLPASS, a great office at Bosch Areal in the city centre, and regular team off-sites.
