Key Responsibilities
- 1Manage all HR administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, certificates, and employee records
- 2Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of HR data and personnel files in compliance with German legal requirements and GDPR regulations
- 3Coordinate employee benefits administration and liaise with external providers where applicable
- 4Prepare HR-related documentation and reports for management and Group HR
- 5Support monthly payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and ensuring timely communication with payroll providers
- 6Monitor absences, vacations, sick leave, and other employee-related administrative processes
- 7Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- 8Participate in the continuous improvement and digitalization of HR administrative processes
- 9Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
- 10Ensure smooth execution of HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- 11Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal Group policies
- 12Support payroll-related HR administration in collaboration with external providers
- 13Manage and maintain constructive relationships with local Works Councils
- 14Support negotiations, consultations, and communication with employee representatives
- 15Ensure compliance with German labor law and collective agreements where applicable
- 16Advise managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and HR best practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Proven experience managing employee relations and interactions with Works Councils in Germany
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR regulations
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
