Key Responsibilities

    Manage all HR administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, certificates, and employee records
  • 2
    Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of HR data and personnel files in compliance with German legal requirements and GDPR regulations
  • 3
    Coordinate employee benefits administration and liaise with external providers where applicable
  • 4
    Prepare HR-related documentation and reports for management and Group HR
  • 5
    Support monthly payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and ensuring timely communication with payroll providers
  • 6
    Monitor absences, vacations, sick leave, and other employee-related administrative processes
  • 7
    Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • 8
    Participate in the continuous improvement and digitalization of HR administrative processes
  • 9
    Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
  • 10
    Ensure smooth execution of HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • 11
    Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal Group policies

    Support payroll-related HR administration in collaboration with external providers

    Manage and maintain constructive relationships with local Works Councils

    Support negotiations, consultations, and communication with employee representatives

    Ensure compliance with German labor law and collective agreements where applicable

    Advise managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and HR best practices

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proven experience managing employee relations and interactions with Works Councils in Germany
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR regulations
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
